The main components of pulse bag type dust collector include the box (bag chamber, net air chamber) and metal plate, dust filter bag, bag cage, pulse blowing system, ash hopper, ash conveying system, electric control system, etc. The key performance of the jet pulse bag filter is concentrated on the filter media, pulse blowing system and automatic control program technology.

(1) Box body and metal plate.

The box is divided into two parts: the filter bag chamber (lower box) and the net air chamber (upper box), and the upper and lower chambers are separated by a metal plate. Metal plates evenly open several round holes of the same size for hanging installation of filter bags. Metal plate hole roundness, flatness will directly affect the bag installation effect.

(2) Ash hopper.

Dust box below the dust hopper used to collect the dust falling from the filter bag when the pulse blowing. Usually the ash hopper is installed with a level meter and high alarm device, the ash accumulation in the ash hopper generally shall not exceed 2/3 of the ash hopper volume.

(3) Filter bag.

It is the key component of the jet pulse bag filter, the performance and quality of the filter media directly affects the dust removal effect and bag life. The filter media is selected according to the temperature of the flue gas, the composition of the flue gas, the nature of the dust and the working conditions.

In order to reduce the high-speed flue gas flow carrying dust particles on the filter bag scouring wear, generally set up pre-dusting facilities at the flue gas inlet, while paying attention to control the limited filter chamber inlet air speed.

(4) Filter bag cage.

Used to support the filter bag, play the role of the skeleton. Its design and installation quality is directly related to the service life of the filter bag. Usually its characteristics are: bag cage mouth for the flange type protection structure, to avoid high-speed flue gas washing filter bag mouth; surface corrosion and wear-resistant technology; using the card ring subsection connection, etc., to facilitate maintenance and disassembly operation.

(5) Pulse blowing system.

Including control valves, pulse solenoid valve, lift valve, blowing tube and airbag.

Pulse valve. One end of the pulse valve is connected to the gas package, and the other end is connected to the blowing tube. With the signal from the controller, the pulse valve opens, compressed gas from the gas bag released through the nozzle of the blowing tube into the filter bag to remove the accumulated dust, its performance directly affects the effect of blowing dust removal.

lift valve. Role is to cut off the airflow of the filter chamber before blowing dust, stop the filtration of the filter chamber. Boost valve consists of valve plate, cylinder, solenoid valve.

(6) Control system.

It is composed of PLC controller, pressure gauge, differential pressure gauge, material level gauge, temperature measuring instrument, etc.

 

2. Jet pulse bag filter common problems and treatment methods

 

(1) The phenomenon of paste bag on the filter bag.

If the dust adhering to the filter bag cannot be cleared effectively in time, the dust accumulating on the bag surface will block the filter hole completely and be difficult to clear, resulting in a large increase in operating resistance.

Main causes and preventive measures.

Ash cleaning duration is too short, or ash cleaning interval cycle is too long.

Measures: appropriate to extend the duration of ash cleaning, shorten the interval cycle of ash cleaning, more thorough ash cleaning, control the operating resistance.

Flue gas has the phenomenon of condensation. When the dust humidity, if the operation of the flue gas temperature cooling down to below the dew point, easy to condensation on the bag body, so that the dust is damp slab in the bag surface, blowing high-pressure air is also difficult to remove.

Measures: control the flue gas temperature does not fall below the dew point, do a good job of piping, box external insulation; production equipment to stop, dust fans will continue to run for a period of time before shutting down, the residual gas in the box to drain the net, to avoid condensation.

Compressed air dehydration processing is not net, containing more water vapor, contact with the filter bag so that the filter bag moisture, filter ash slating.

Measures: deal with the problem of drying and dehydration of compressed gas into the pulse valve sub-package, gas package and pipeline insulation; often open the gas package and the drain valve on the pipeline to discharge water and oil.

(2) The resistance rises abnormally.

Operating resistance higher than the normal allowable range will increase the operating load, increase energy consumption, and easy to make the filter bag breakage and box cracking or deformation.

Common causes.

Filter media hole blockage.

Measures: check the filter bag, clear the blockage or replace the filter bag, control the flue gas humidity and temperature.

Pulse valve action is not in place or air leakage.

Measures: Adjust and repair or replace the pulse valve.

Blowing tube jet hole blockage.

Measures: Clear the blockage and unclog the pipe.

Inappropriate setting of ash cleaning time.

Measures: Adjust the timer, extend the duration of ash cleaning and increase the frequency of ash cleaning.

The ash accumulation in the ash hopper is at a high level or above for a long time.

Measures: Start the ash unloading system to unload the accumulated ash, if the ash unloading blockage is not smooth, timely unblocking, if necessary, manual cleaning.

The inlet air volume is too large.

Measures: Reduce the inlet air volume and control the inlet air speed.

Compressed gas pressure is not enough.

Measures: Increase the inlet pressure to ensure normal pressure supply.

(3) Abnormal decline in resistance.

The main reason is that there are filter bags cracked and broken or fall off.

Measures: Replace the damaged filter bag, or reinstall the bag, the upper bayonet should be installed tightly and firmly, and promptly remove the bag dropped into the box to prevent blocking the ash discharge port.

(4) electromagnetic pulse valve leakage.

Leakage of the pulse valve can cause a drop in air pressure in the gas distribution package, the pulse valve can not be opened normally, can not achieve effective blowing.

Main reasons.

The diaphragm of the electromagnetic pulse valve has sand holes or is damaged.

Measures: disassemble and check the pulse valve, replace the damaged diaphragm.

There are dust particles, rusty slag and other foreign matter between the outlet surface of the diaphragm and the gasket, resulting in poor sealing.

Measures: Disassemble the pulse valve, remove foreign matter and reseal it.

(5) High dust concentration of flue gas emission.

Possible causes.

The filter bag is broken or missing.

Flue gas containing dust particles high-speed scrubbing, bag cage deformation so that the filter bag friction, bag cage skeleton wire breakage scratch, flue gas temperature is higher than the allowable temperature of the filter bag, excessive bag cleaning, bag installation is not firm, etc. will cause the filter bag broken or off missing.

Measures: replace the damaged or missing bags, investigate and eliminate the causes of bag damage.

Box or dust pipe breakage and leakage.

Measures: Check and deal with the broken and leaking air points.
